Great day on the bikes down here in the desert, even riding on the Interstate for a spell wasn't bad. We crossed the Colorado river and now have put California in the rear.
We even found a nice pizza joint here with lots of happy people (retirees$! Highs in the low 70's, chilly at night.

Nice, although I wish you weren't putting Cali behind you, but I guess if you're biking across the country that's gotta be part of the plan!
