Queen Creek Tunnel

A big scare on this day...Trying to ride uphill through a tunnel, no shoulder, with large semi-trucks in both directions. Cyclists and others have died in the past here. Our plan: Josh at the start of the tunnel, all safety gear on, waiving a safety flag, while I tried to get through the tunnel ASAP. Then Josh, it all worked fine. Lots of climbing today out of Phoenix, we are now in Globe, AZ.
